Rick loves being a part of the Prince Edward County community. He spent 24 years working in various business and finance roles, most notably as co-owner, along with his wife, of The Vic Café (sold in 2023).

Now, you can usually find Rick volunteering at The Regent Theatre or the Prince Edward Point Bird Observatory when he’s not traveling the world with his wife. He is also a social media influencer, known as Birding With Rick, where he shares his love for birds and teaches bird identification and birdwatching skills.
