Foundation Board Members

The Regent Theatre Foundation owns and operates the Regent Theatre.

Founded in 1981 as a Registered Canadian Charity it is governed by a volunteer board of directors. Membership in the foundation enables individuals to vote at the Annual General Meeting and seek nomination for the board of directors. All donations over $100 automatically receive a voting membership in the Regent Theatre Foundation which includes the right to stand for nomination to the Foundations board and AGM voting privileges.

Isabel has been working with producers, writers, directors, and editors for 20+ years, providing creative and strategic advice to help them articulate their creative visions and have their film and television projects realized.

Secretary

A graduate of Trinity College in the University of Toronto, Peter has a long background in publishing, sales, marketing and communications.

Rick loves being a part of the Prince Edward County community. He spent 24 years working in various business and finance roles, most notably as co-owner, along with his wife, of The Vic Café (sold in 2023).

Sol is the General Manager of The Royal Hotel in Picton and a co-owner of STOCKtc in Toronto.

Ben is an appointee to the County’s Built and Cultural Heritage Advisory Committee, and volunteers with several County organizations.

Karen graduated from Yale University in 2000 with a PhD in English Literature and works as an English professor at York University in Toronto.
