Board of Directors
Founded in 1981 as a Registered Canadian Charity it is governed by a volunteer board of directors. Membership in the foundation enables individuals to vote at the Annual General Meeting and seek nomination for the board of directors. All donations over $100 automatically receive a voting membership in the Regent Theatre Foundation which includes the right to stand for nomination to the Foundations board and AGM voting privileges.

If you are a member and unable to attend, proxy forms are available below and must by submitted here no later than March 13, 2026.
